Eddie is the Principal and business specialist at Bayside Business Accountants. As a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help business owners grow and proactively plan for the future.

Eddie provides new business owners establishment advice including guidance regarding choice of the most appropriate business structure to conduct business.

As the trusted advisor for a wide selection of business and individual clients across a broad range of industry types, he can provide strategic wealth and business management advice as well as handy tips on business and personal cash flow management. For those who are thinking about retiring, he can assist with transitioning to retirement strategies, succession planning and setting up self-managed superannuation funds.

Besides his CA certification, he is also a passionate business owner, Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and Registered Tax Agent. He has completed the Xero Certified program and looks forward to mentoring clients when they are ready to implement it in their business and streamline operations.

Outside of work, Eddie enjoys all sport and is actively involved with assisting to manage various sporting and social clubs and associations. He also likes to keep fit and healthy by actively participating in social cricket and tennis competitions.


Malini is our Senior Accountant with many years of experience in accounting and taxation services. She is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). She holds a Masters Degree in Commerce. Since joining our firm in 2009, Malini has been involved in all aspects of accounting and tax advisory work with a speciality in self managed super funds. Malini takes care of all compliance and accounting of our 100+ funds, using specialised software and dealing directly with auditors and clients.

Malini is involved in administering practice management procedures in our software systems. Malini enjoys challenging work and assists in mentoring graduate accountants.  She is a member of the Southern Accountants Discussion Group and NTAA (National Tax and Accountants’ Association).  She attends monthly meetings and seminars to keep up to date with the developments in the public practice.

Outside of work, Malini enjoys a walk along the beach, gardening and reading.

Our Operations Team

Denise and Alana look after BBA's day to day operations.  This includes our reception desk, accounts payable/receivable, maintaining our client relationship management system and managing all of our appointment calendars.  They're the friendly face that you see when you first walk through our door.  Drop in and say "hi" to them the next time you walk past! :)
